Selection of The Youth Perspective competitions

46 short films from 15 countries in 4 The Youth Perspective competitions!

One of the main pillars of Spektrum are the international competitions The Youth Perspective. Swidnica will again be visited by short fiction films, animations, and documentaries by young, independent filmmakers, from professional productions to debuts made outside the walls of film schools. During the 8th edition of the festival, its audience will see 46 shorts from all over the world, incl. Spain, France, Poland, Lithuania, Ukraine, Israel, Iran, Syria, or Peru among others! The main prizes will be awarded by a Jury composed of members of the film and art industry, but the competition films will also be judged by the local Jury: fiction films will be watched by participants of occupational therapy in Mokrzeszów, documents by inmates in Swidnica Remand Center, and an amateur competition by representatives of the Youth City Council of Swidnica.
