Film Video Review Workshops for Young People from Poland and Germany

Applications open for Przed Napisami / Vor dem Abspann

Are you 18–25, passionate about cinema, and eager to share your own take on film — in front of a full audience, just before the lights go down? We are looking for eight young people — four from Poland and four from Germany — who will work in mixed Polish-German pairs to create video reviews of films presented at the SPEKTRUM Film Festival.

Over three days, you will take your review from script to recording to final edit, working under the guidance of experienced film and video tutors. The finished reviews will later be screened in arthouse cinemas across Poland and Germany.

— Location: Świdnica, as part of the 12th SPEKTRUM Film Festival
— Workshop dates: 22–24 October 2026
— Working language: English
— Participation is free of charge. Accommodation, travel and meals will be covered for selected participants.
— Outcome: eight video reviews presented to festival and cinema audiences
— How to apply: email kosun@wrocff.com.pl and tell us a little about yourself — who you are and why you would like to take part. Applications are open until 10 October 2026.

The Vor dem Abspann // Przed Napisami project is co-organised in partnership with the Neisse Nysa Nisa Film Festival, with funding from the Fundacja Współpracy Polsko-Niemieckiej.
