Volunteers wanted!

Recruitment is now open for the volunteer team of the 12th edition of the Spektrum Film Festival. Applications are open until 10 October 2026.

We are looking for communicative, open-minded and committed people who are ready to work as part of a team. This year, we are particularly keen to hear from those who can join us for more than one day. This will help us plan the team’s work more effectively and, whenever possible, assign each volunteer to a specific department.

What can you help with?

Festival volunteering includes, among other things:

— supporting the Festival Centre,
— assisting with cinema screenings and venues,
— looking after festival guests and jury members,
— helping with festival promotion,
— supporting accompanying events.

Additional workshops

This year, volunteers will also have the opportunity to take part in the Animacje z Pasją project and participate in three additional workshops held during the festival.

If you would like to take part, simply select the relevant option in the application form.

After the festival, every volunteer will also receive a festival T-shirt or bag.
