has participated in the Polish-American Freedom Foundation programme Leader in a Hybrid Reality;, Library Development Program; and is a certified VCC trainer. She is also a member of the Forum Kraków association for cultural animation. In the poll conducted by Gazeta Wrocławska;, she was awarded the Personality of the Year title in the category of Culture in Lower Silesia. She received a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland in the field of cultural management and development of cultural professionals.
