Daniela Komędera

A dancer, actress, and choreographer. She is a member of the collectives Sticky Fingers Club and Centrum w Ruchu, with which she received the Ministry of Culture Award in the Dance category in 2024. She created the choreography for the animated film The Peasants directed by DK Welchman and Hugh Welchman, as well as for the dance and music performance Chłopi Tańcuj Remixed, presented at Expo Osaka 2025, Torwar in Warsaw, and Hala Stulecia in Wrocław. She is the choreographer of the film The Ugly Stepsister directed by Emily Blitschfield (world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival, European premiere at Berlinale 2025). As an actress, she collaborated on the film Glorious Summer directed by Helena Ganjalyan and Bartosz Szpak, which premiered at the SXSW Festival in Austin, USA, and received the Emerald Lions Award at the Gdynia Film Festival.

She is the choreographer for Sanah’s 2025–2026 stadium concert tour. Together with the Sticky Fingers Club collective, she co-created the performance Glory Game, choreographed by Dominik Więcek and produced by Komuna Warszawa. Glory Game was selected for Aerowaves 2025. She collaborates with Dominika Wiak, Monika Witkowska, and Dominik Więcek in the performance Sticky Fingers Club, presented at the Beijing Fringe Festival in China. Daniela graduated from the National Academy of Theatre Arts in Kraków, Faculty of Dance Theatre in Bytom. She has performed at festivals in Brazil, the United States, Mexico, the Netherlands, Japan, Greenland, Sweden, Russia, Germany, Italy, Austria, Ukraine, Georgia, Belarus, and others.
