Dobrochna Walczak
She hails from Poznań and is a third-year student of film studies and media culture at Adam Mickiewicz University. A cinema enthusiast, she is particularly passionate about the French New Wave and the works of 1920s surrealists. She is also a fashion enthusiast, actress, and emerging director. She completed a three-year acting course at the STA studio in Poznań and has performed in productions such as One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Schiza, The Morality of Mrs. Dulska, and Shakespeare. She has appeared as a vocalist at the event Tea with Older Gentlemen. She is a laureate of the Polish Language and Literature Olympiad and a scholarship holder of the Start2Star index from the Jolanta and Leszek Czarnecki Foundation. In 2021, she also served as a juror in the Young Jury at the Short Waves Festival.
