A hilarious coming-of-age story about school, first love, and a very unusual hobby. This action-packed and humorous comedy follows a teenage technical school student, misunderstood by his family and bullied by classmates for his passion for fantasy—and for playing an elf in LARP (live action role-playing) games.

The cast includes Martyna Byczkowska, Andrzej Konopka, Bartłomiej Topa, Edyta Olszówka, Maciej Bisiorek, Agnieszka Rajda, and Michał Balicki, with Filip Zaręba making his big screen debut in the leading role.

LARP is a live-action version of role-playing games in which participants collectively create and experience epic tales of magic and swordplay by embodying chosen characters. In this imagined world, Sergiusz (Filip Zaręba) is a true hero—manly, brave, and unbeatable. In real life… not so much. His situation becomes even more complicated when a new student arrives at the school: the beautiful Helena (Martyna Byczkowska), with whom Sergiusz instantly falls in love. Unfortunately, she quickly befriends a group of popular classmates. Sergiusz feels his chances of winning Helena’s heart against the school’s “trolls” are slim. Everything changes when he unexpectedly discovers Helena’s secret—and a famous bestselling author (Bartłomiej Topa) arrives in town.
