Andrzej (Mateusz Kościukiewicz), a photographer from Silesia, arrives on a small Greek island to claim an inheritance from his uncle. Upon arrival, he discovers that his uncle has left him a stone hut and a plot of land situated in the shadow of a volcano. Disappointed with the inheritance, Andrzej decides to sell the property as quickly as possible and return home. However, before leaving, he must work off a debt that his uncle owed to a Greek neighbor. The plans and decisions that once seemed straightforward become complicated when Andrzej meets Lena (Ifigeneia Tzola). The beautiful Greek woman completely turns his world upside down, and what happens next forces him to rethink his life and ask himself – what is truly important in life?
The screening will be followed by Q&A session with director Andrzej Jakimowski.
