One of the most talented and interesting Polish actresses of the young generation. From the beginning of her acting career, she has been associated with the Polish Theater in Wrocław. She made her debut in the theater as a student in 1994. Her film debut came two years later, when the actress appeared in Krzysztof Zanussi’s television film “Niepisane prawa” (from the “Opowieści weekendowe” series). She graduated from the Wrocław State Drama School in 1996. Over a dozen or so years of her career, she was awarded many prestigious awards, including: Zbyszek Cybulski for “young actors distinguished by outstanding individuality” and the Golden Duck for the best actress of 2001. She established her acting image in films such as “Cztery noce z Anną”, “Dom zły” and the Oscar-nominated “W ciemności”.
